It's not so often anymore that I get to discover a new side of Paris, and just when I thought the ville lumière couldn't get any dreamier, we ended up having a crazy storm and almost 5 inches (10cm) of snow! I've lived here for almost five years and I've never had the chance to see Paris like this, so when I saw the snowfall I felt like a little kid again. During the snowy days, everyone seemed to be out and about in the city, taking photographs, playing in the snow, enjoying warm drinks on café terraces and even sledding in the streets; somehow it seemed like the unusual storm brought out the best in everyone. Seeing the everyday metros, monuments and cafés all covered in snow made me fall in love with this city all over again, so today I wanted to share with you some of my favorite snowy Paris photos, and maybe you'll fall in love, too!
Snowy Montmartre neighbourhood, one of the prettiest spots in Paris.
